We deliver to areas such as Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Toronto, as well as the GTA!

 

What are your payment methods?

We accept payments such as Credit, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, etc

 

I tried placing an order but it didn't go through. What can I do?

Oh no! We apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure you’re using the most recent version of your browser program. If not, you may need to download an update from the software maker’s website. If the problem persists, please call us at (905) 270-4747 and we are more than happy to help you over the phone.

 

What if my chosen flowers aren't available?

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

 

How do I take care of my flowers?

It's recommended to check the water levels to make sure the flowers are not overflown. We also recommend that you frequently change the water by 3 days after your order and as well as feeding the flowers with its respective food. 

 

How many days should I order balloons in advance?

We recommended ordering in advance for events from 2 weeks to ensure all details, requests and accommodations. However, if you find any balloon decor on our website, up to 3 days in advance is great! We are very excited to celebrate a special event for you!

 

Can you deliver to nursing homes?
