With Love by Adriana and Nicole ("With Love by Adriana & Nicole," "we," or "us") governs the rights and uses of the website. By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Service.

By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to our Terms of Services, you may not use this website. These Terms of Services are apply to all individuals who view and/or purchase from this website. 

We strive to keep our website information update and provide accurate at all times. However, prices and product details may change without notice at any time. We may also discontinue any of our products without notice.

Substitutions:

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.

Deliveries: Deliveries generally occur from 12 pm to 5 pm. We may be able to accommodate special requests. Please call us at 905-270-4747 and we can help you! 

Pick-up Times: Pick Up is available during the following time slots:

  • 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
  • We do not have a fixed delivery or pick up time

We recommend ordering days in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information for our flowers and balloons. If there is a case where there is an incorrect delivery address, we will deliver the next day. 

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us soon at sales@withlovebyan.com. We will try to accommodate and make these changes possible.

You agree not to transmit any viruses, malware, or data that could in either way affect disrupt, or damage this website, our team and staff, or any of our customers.

All content, products, services, and intellectual property associated with With Love by Adriana & Nicole are protected. You may not use, copy, or distribute our products, services, or content without our permission.

We may change our Terms of Service anytime without any notice whatsoever. Those who visit this website are responsible for checking our Terms of Service periodically for any changes.
